We emphasize the open dialogue between management and employees. In employee reviews we discuss how the performance and the commitment of each person will be assessed, whether and how the set targets have been achieved, and what might be coming in the future.

Strengths, potential for improvement, personal desires and development opportunities are discussed as well as determining individual advancement. Performance and potential can be brought in line - individually tailored to one’s own skills. Our individual development activities range from attending training sessions and seminars to individual coaching by management or an expert. “On the job” training programs such as projects within the framework of the NMC improvement process, special professional tasks and participation in working groups are also part of this.

The industrial employees in manufacturing, warehouse logistics and technical service are actively supported as well. They are instructed at their work area or machinery and accompanied by customised training programs or skilled and experienced colleagues.
